If you ever need a plumber, these are the guys. Chris is amazing. After another plumber told me that I had a slab leak and was looking at thousands of dollars in repairs, Chris fixed it in 30 minutes. I would recommend him to anyone he needs plumbing work.

I can not say enough about the service provided by Diamondback. Today I have a new tenant moving into a property where it will reach 104 degrees today and the A/C is out. Within a half hour of my call, a tech is dispatched! The only reason it took that long is because I, as the owner, am out of state which required extra paperwork. I lived in that area for 7 years and used Diamondback exclusively because of their response times, knowledgable techs and value. Kudos to them for coming through again!

After another plumbing company came out, took a look at my problem and declared they, could HEAR a slab leak, I went back to Yelp and found Hansen Family Plumbing.  I got a call back within 30 minutes and after explaining my problem, Erik recommended a leak detection service.  They came out, did a thorough review of the house, pressure tested near where the leak was, and found that it was coming from my irrigation line.  Not only that, the pressure tested pointed out that at some time in the past, the water line to the irrigation system and been bypassed and there was no longer any way to shut it off.  With that information, and a photo of the crazy value situation, Erik sent Robert out (he was polite, thorough, and arrived right at the scheduled time), and he fixed the problem the next day, within the price Erik quoted.  When I asked Erik about the irrigation leak, he was honest and told me that it would be far less expensive to have my landscaper fix it - which it was.

I had them go to a property to scope the plumbing for my clients; they were able to get us scheduled quickly, called me to give a verbal recommendation, were flexible on receiving payment as neither I nor the client was on site, and sent the video via email way quicker than we expected! Paid these guys 10k to replace a collapsed waste line, and they didn't bother to clear the lines, which lead to my toilet being clogged. When I called them out to look at it they told me it would cost 4k. I got a second estimate and had it fixed for less than 1k.

I've waited a couple months before posting this review, because they said they would pay for the other plumber, but they haven't.

Anyway, don't call these guys in an emergency, they will take advantage of you.

Dave is timely, efficient and skilled and responsive to text messages and very timely. He communicated when he would be arriving and to explained everything that needs to be done and very fair pricing the repairs were done. Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. Hands one one of the most professional, friendly and honest services around!

Mont and his team were amazing. They came out on the same day to give us a quote for a huge job and fit us in two days later because we were in a time crunch. He gave us a fair price and worked all day to finish the job in one day. I messaged him on a Sunday evening about a potential follow-up problem, and not only did he respond, but he sent someone the next day to have it fixed. 100% plumbing will definitely be our go-to plumbers from now on.

Eloy was very professional, and really helpful.  He highlighted numerous areas of my irrigation system that were leaking and he repaired them quickly.  He also tested my exterior sewer line as well.

Today is Saturday the 12th I was having plumbing issues and my drain got clogged today I luckily  found this company and they came to our rescue I highly recommend them. they came out less than 30 minutes After I called I got the pleasure of meeting Francisco he was amazing so friendly so helpful and went above and beyond my expectations he really cared about taking care of us! Thank you so much for everything :) I will definitely be sticking with this company from here on out due to his work performance!

Mike was very knowledgeable and polite. He installed our RO system and fixed a leaky faucet in our master bath. The installation went great. He gave us great recommendations on how to move forward with a new water softener. I will use him again.

called Option One early in the morning because my main line was backing up into the house. They had someone out within a couple hours. He was quick, knowledgeable, and very friendly. It turned out I had roots infesting my pipes. He got a TV out there within 15 min found where the problem was and told me to call the city. The city came out 3 hrs later and he rushed over to my house so he could do the inline video again but for free this time.  Awesome pricing. Amazing!

I called Hays this morning to try to get an estimate for how much it would cost to replace the two thermostats we have in our house.  We had used Hays in the past to repair our air conditioner and had been satisfied with their work.  The gentleman told me on the phone that it would be a $79.95 charge for them to come to our house to give us an estimate on replacing our thermostats.  I asked if the $79.95 charge could be waived; he said no.  I asked if we ended up going ahead with the replacement if the $79.95 charge could be credited towards the replacement costs; he said no.  I relayed the information to my husband and he decided to call them to see if the almost $80 trip charge to provide us with an estimate could be waived since we have a history with the company.  Not sure who he talked to, but whoever it was agreed to waive the charge for him.  A few minutes later he gets a call back from someone at Hays telling him that the person he talked to earlier was new, and that they were not willing to waive the charge.  Heading in the wrong direction Hays.  First, not being willing to waive the $80 fee to come to our house to give us just an estimate, after being loyal customers, seems like bad customer service and in poor taste.  But then to actually call us back to tell us that you're taking back your offer to waive the fee after saying you were willing to do so is just something else entirely.  You've lost this loyal customer and any future referrals.

We've used KING Plumbing Heating & AC (KING) in the past for a plumbing problem. My late Father's Day gift late last night was our AC unit stopped cooling. I sent a text to KING that I would contact them in the morning (Monday). As in our previous experience, the response was quick and by 10:45 our unit was up and running. Fast response, taking care of customers and personable guys who treat people with respect and understanding... yeh, I'll be calling on KING every time.
